ARE YOU LOOKING FOR GROUP OR WHOLE-SCHOOL TRAINING?

We offer school groups and whole school staff training with our online Educator’s course, Bilingual & Multilingual Learners from the Inside-Out. Typically, we run this course for individual teachers over 4 weeks and with specified start dates; however, when you organize your school’s group training, we allow you to set your own start dates. We also allow you to be more flexible in module completion so that you can set your own module timelines from one week, to two weeks or even one month, for instance. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):

We would like to enroll a group of teachers from our school into the Course. How do we go about it?

You can enroll as many teachers as you like, however if you want to pay for them on one invoice, you will need to complete a form with individuals’ names and emails. You can get in touch with us at: hello@educatorsofbmls.com at least 2 weeks in advance of your course start date. Please see the group course fee table above. You can decide to have your own custom group or you can join our main Educator’s Course group where people from around the world join together. If you decide to have your own group, you are still able to access the other group.

You will also need to let us know the preferred start date for your group (Mondays-Fridays only) and we will schedule your participants to receive their email invitation and join our online group only on your specified date.

Your payment (or proof of payment) must be received before your group can access the Course. You can pay by bank transfer or by debit/credit card. Our invoice includes a payment link as well as our bank details.

Once you have paid, all you need to do is wait for your start date and all of the individuals you included on your registration form will be sent an email invite to join the online course group. All they need to do is click that link to create their profile, immediately accessing the Course and receiving their Welcome email.

Can Teaching Assistants or Paraprofessionals join this Course?

Yes, they can!

Do we need to attend live sessions?

No. There are no live sessions for our 4-week Educator’s Course. All our course content is asynchronous.

Are there extra fees for materials?

No. All materials are included with your fees.

Can we earn credit for this Course?

Yes you can, through our partnership with Courses4Teachers. Additional fees apply.

What can we do if we have tech issues?

We have a dedicated Course Help Desk that can support you with any technical issues you may be having. These could be related to: receiving your course invites, finding your resources, navigating the platform, or checking your progress, for example.

I have lost my certificate. Can you provide me with a new one?

If you’ve lost your original certificate, please go back and check your emails carefully.

Unfortunately, there is a cost of £15.00 ($19 USD) to re-issue a new certificate. This is due to the administration involved.

We would like to become a BML SMART School. How do we do that?

You can learn more about becoming a BML SMART School HERE. In short, a minimum of 80% of your educators (principals/heads and teachers) will need to be trained in our 4-week Educator’s Course, Bilingual and Multilingual Learners from the Inside-Out.

Once you have completed your Course, you can reach out to our reception to make a request.
